I'm baaaaaaack...

Finally! Things are back on at the miriovsky blogspot. I've placed some random pictures below from the past few weeks. Big highlight was the trip back to Nebraska May 4-8. Things are dandy here. Look for more organized and timely postings in the future...

Happy Mother's Day!

We celebrated Mother's Day with a trip to Caddo Lake near Marshall, Texas. It was really kinda neat. I felt like I was down in the swamps somewhere - moss hanging from the trees, lilly pads everywhere. Apparently, there are alligators in them there waters. We were hoping to take one of their boat tours, but their were none scheduled that day. drat!

I was very glad to be able to spend some time with my best friend, Nicole, on our trip back. We've been friends since we were 3 years old!!! She's 6 months pregnant in this picture and you wouldn't even know it by looking - she looks great. Me on the other hand, I'm forever "blessed" with the natural, all-over body pudge.

Macy took this picture of me and my sisters chatting at mom's kitchen table. I thought it was pretty good. A unique angle and interesting use of lighting...

Nicky & Nolan - These two are just happy to be here... Even after their mommies accidently locked them in the car at Applebees the day before. After 25 harrowing minutes, they came out unscathed, if not a bit hot and sweaty.

Macy and Sammy at the Brandon Boldt wedding reception in Lincoln, NE. They were forced to stop their dancing for the wedding party dance and had just as much fun on the sidelines. These two were just too cute for words! 

Summer fun!! As the days got warmer, we decided to introduce the kis to some sprinkler action. They loved it.

technical difficulties

I am once again having some very frustrating technical difficulties with both the home and work computers!!! Hopefully very very soon I will be back on track here. I have a ton of pictures and stories to share!

American Cancer Society Relay For Life

Last Friday the kids and I participated in Cherokee County's Relay for Life. Here I am sitting next to the Luminaria I donated in memory of my dad. The kids are somewhere back behind running around the track!
