A bit of color is beginning to show through the dreary, foggy mornings. I stopped and took this picture as I was taking the kids to daycare yesterday morning. Everything was grey except for this little spot.

And as for our weekend... Macy and I shopped on Saturday and on Sunday I was presented to the Bishop at the Cathedral. The Schwartz's watched the kids and afterwards we all had dinner.

Otherwise, I didn't take many pictures this weekend besides a few of Nicky and his beloved footballs. They make him so happy! Can you see why I call him "angel face?"

Ash Wednesday

Since I'm going through the RCIA process, all things religious are even more important to me this year. Last night Macy and I attended Ash Wednesday and, for the first time, we were marked by the Ashes - "Remember, Man, you are but dust, and back to dust you shall return."
